Architectural Marketing Associate
Fulgar Architects is seeking a proactive and articulate Architectural Marketing Associate to join our team. This role requires someone with an architectural background who can confidently represent the firm in both creative and business environments. The Architectural Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving company growth through lead generation, client presentations, business development support, and the execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who understands architectural concepts, can communicate design value clearly, and can help build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in researching potential clients, projects, and partnerships to support the firm’s business development goals.
- Help maintain and grow relationships with clients by coordinating meetings, sending follow-ups, and assisting with project communications.
- Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and presentation decks in coordination with the design and management teams.
- Join client presentations and help explain architectural concepts in a clear and professional way.
- Support the planning and coordination of marketing events, online campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Participate in industry talks, exhibits, and conferences to learn about market trends and represent the firm when needed.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and client experience.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in speaking to clients and project partners
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn about marketing, client relations, and business development in the architecture field
- Comfortable preparing proposals, coordinating meetings, and supporting client presentations
- Familiarity or interest in architecture, design, or the construction industry is an advantage
- Can work well with a team and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Preferably based near Mandaluyong City and has access to a personal laptop
- Experience in marketing, events, or sales is a bonus, but not required for fast learners

JOB DESCRIPTION
Open to enthusiastic and resourceful ARCHITECTURAL GRADUATES who can positively contribute to planning and designing of project requirements, manage multiple projects with minimal supervision, create design solutions, conduct and gather informed researches, help prepare construction drawings and documentation, collaborate with engineers and consultants, assist in site works, and communicate well with clients and suppliers.
Candidates must be skilled in 3D & visualization, quick in construction drafting, and efficient in project documentation.
The Junior Architect candidate would be working with teams and various personnel hence must be a reliable team player with a pleasing attitude.
We are looking for dependable, responsible, unique and creative talents! Our studio is along Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City with architectural services involving hotels, resorts, townhouses, commercial malls, condominium towers, museums, and other design and construction projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Willing to work near Wack-Wack, Mandaluyong City
- Preferrably at least 2 years experience in Architectural projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD for preparing drafting works
- Knowledgeable in 3D software such as SketchUp, VRay, Lumion, and the likes
- Skilled in architectural visualization and presentation
- Knowledge of BIM technologies such as Revit is a plus
- Must be graduate of BS Architecture
- Resourceful and a problem solver
- Have pleasing design sense
- Can communicate well both in written or verbal
- Very good visualization skills
- Knowledgeable in Architectural and Engineering construction details, drawings, and specifications
- Can manage multiple projects with minimum supervision
- Must have a portfolio of past works
- Able to visit sites and oversee the quality of works
