Architectural Production Team (CAD, BIM, Visualization)

Fulgar Architects is expanding its core production team and is seeking highly experienced and talented professionals across leadership and technical roles in CAD, BIM, and Visualization. We are looking for motivated individuals ready to contribute their unique skills, maintain our high standards of quality, and help us achieve the highest level of production mastery.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (General Production Focus)

Participate in the firm’s mission to deliver exceptional quality across all architectural projects.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of production workflows, standards, and technology implementation (CAD, BIM, Visualization).
Collaborate closely with project managers and design teams to ensure seamless execution from concept through construction documentation.
Depending on the role, lead, mentor, and manage technical staff to meet deadlines and quality metrics.

POSITION OPENINGS

CAD Manager

This role requires relevant professional experience and proven leadership in managing a high-volume drafting department. The CAD Manager will establish and enforce CAD standards, ensure documentation quality, and manage the team of CAD Technicians.

Visualization Manager

A leadership role for an expert in architectural visualization, the Visualization Manager will define rendering standards, oversee the production pipeline for visuals, and lead the team of Architectural Visualizers to deliver stunning, high-impact imagery.

BIM Manager

The BIM Manager is responsible for the firm’s BIM strategy, execution, and quality control. This includes developing and enforcing BIM Execution Plans (BEP), managing BIM software/content, and providing technical guidance and leadership to BIM Specialists.

CAD Technician

A technical role responsible for creating and revising precise architectural drawings, details, and documentation using CAD software. Architectural Visualizer

BIM Specialist

The Architectural Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving company growth through lead generation, client presentations, business development support, and the execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who understands architectural concepts, can communicate design value clearly, and can help build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in researching potential clients, projects, and partnerships to support the firm’s business development goals.
Help maintain and grow relationships with clients by coordinating meetings, sending follow-ups, and assisting with project communications.
Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and presentation decks in coordination with the design and management teams.
