The immediate allure of The Fortress Subic Hotel, owned and operated by the New Nordic Group, is the grand staircase guarded by a giant dragon glass sculpture and a vertical town square at its central atrium running from the lobby winding all the way up to steak and bar place at the top floor called the Sky Tavern featuring rodeo rides with a mechanical bull, indoor gaming, showband performances, whiskey and cigar booths, and cozy dining areas.
