Envisioned to cater to both corporate travelers and leisure seekers, the project seamlessly integrates hotel accommodations, retail spaces, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) facilities within a single cohesive development. The project rises 14 storeys above two basement levels, occupying a 3,000-square-meter footprint on a generous 6,000-square-meter site optimized for efficient circulation and lively pedestrian activity.
The building’s architecture is characterized by its sculpted, stepped tower volume featuring soft, rounded corners and off-white vertical cladding panels. A dramatic golden-yellow ribbon canopy sweeps across the podium level, bridging the fully glazed, double-height retail base with the upper residential mass and capping the structure with an expressive rooftop crown. Deeply recessed windows line the tower facade, providing solar shading while maintaining strong geometric rhythm. The active podium level houses transparent glass storefronts that invite the surrounding urban streetscape inward, accommodating vibrant commercial retail and accessible event lobbies.
Designed to accommodate around 250 hotel rooms alongside flexible conference venues and social gathering spaces, the tower balances high-density operational efficiency with open, light-filled public interiors. Extensive landscaping at ground level integrates soft green buffers, drop-off zones, and broad walkways that connect the development to the surrounding Clark skyline.
