The Principal Architect of Fulgar Architects, Ar. John Ian Lee Fulgar, was invited as one of the distinguished guest speakers in the event “Leaders in Innovation: The Roles of Architects for Livable, Equitable, and Smart Cities,” held at the Benito Sy Pow Auditorium, UP College of Architecture, last October 4, 2024, Friday.

Ar.
